Canada Gold Beef Inc. is developing a beef value chain that includes cow-calf producers and feedlot operators as both participants and shareholders with the objective of creating strategic partnerships with other value chain members like packers, value added processors, food service fabricators as well as domestic and international customers. The foundation of the Canada Gold program centers on three core values:

1. Focus on Customers and Consumers.
2. Value Chain Collaboration with information sharing.
3. Production process that includes cattle selection, age & source verification and HACCP based protocols.
